Finding what’s right for you

First of all, find a machinery that suits your needs by using our many search engines. When you spot a machinery you suit with, take time to read through the Supplier’s profile and listing description, paying special attention to the machinery features, supplier rules, and the cancellation policy.

Read the ratings and reviews

We always recommend reading feedback from other customers as a great way of finding the right fit.

Get your questions answered

There is easy way for you to ask a potential Supplier any questions you may have before you book via Whatapps we have integrated to the website. After booking, you can also message them to coordinate start work, ask additional questions, and keep in touch throughout your rental period.

Always pay on Star Macs

Keep yourself, your payment, and your personal information safe by staying on our secure platform —from booking to payment. You should never be asked to wire money, provide credit card information, or otherwise pay a Supplier directly. If this happens, please report it to us immediately.

Do a safety check

Once the machinery is arrive, it’s a good idea to inspect machinery upon delivery to confirm that it is in good condition, safe and serviceable, without defects, including readable decals and operating and safety instructions, and is suitable for Customer’s intended use.

If after inspection, Customer has a proper objection to Equipment, Customer shall notify Star Macs immediately in writing before use of Equipment. Supplier has 1 hour to fix it after you have raised up the issues. If you’re not sure what condition is, don’t hesitate to ask your Supplier.
