How a Supplier cancels a booking

Customer look forward to their machinery bookings, but we understand there are times when you may need to cancel. When you do, we recommend you also send your customer a message as soon as possible.

To cancel a reservation:

Copy the reservation booking ID, contact Star Macs through a call or email (admin@starmacs.com.my).

You may not be able to cancel active reservations or those for which start work is scheduled to occur within 24 hours. In those cases, you’ll need to contact us.

Cancellation penalties

Canceling a customer’s reservation can have serious implications for their job, so we may apply penalties if the cancellation does not meet certain extenuating circumstances.
