Sometimes, unexpected issues and emergencies pop up at the last minute. If you need to change or cancel a customer’s reservation, you have options.
You can change a confirmed reservation by contacting your customer and Star Macs.
Canceling within 24 hours of start work, or after an order has started, is a special situation, however—you’ll need to contact us for help with that.
In either case, message your customer to let them know what’s going on.
Canceling a reservation when the order is ongoing is a big deal. Penalties will be applied unless the cancellation reason meets certain limited exceptions. Try to avoid it if you can.
