Value Added Tax (VAT) and how it applies to you

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax assessed on the supply of goods and services. In certain countries, such tax may be referred to as Goods and Services Tax (GST), service tax, or consumption tax (collectively referred to as “VAT” in this article). 

Depending on your country of residence or location of listing, Star Macs is required to apply VAT to Star Macs service fees on your reservation in countries that tax electronically supplied services. 

Adding your VAT or Tax IdentificationID (ID) Number

You may need to self-assess the VAT and report and declare the transaction in your VAT return depending on your local VAT laws.
