Our Story
Founded in 2020, STARMACS was born from real challenges observed in the heavy machinery rental industry.
We identified three major pain points faced by contractors and suppliers:
- Low efficiency in procurement workflows
- Excessive time spent sourcing suitable machinery and preparing documents
- Lack of trust and payment risk between contractors and machinery suppliers
These issues often led to project delays, uncertainty, and unnecessary operational friction.
STARMACS was established to bridge this gap — matching verified machinery suppliers with contractors through a structured and transparent system. What started as a focused matching service has grown into a nationwide machinery network serving projects across Malaysia.
Looking ahead, our platform continues to evolve.
Our vision is to enable contractors to reserve machinery directly through our app, based on project location and requirements, while allowing suppliers to list and manage their machinery inventory efficiently within a unified system.
